1-DRİLLS
a) Water
cooled diamond drills
The Standard
programme for diamond drills begins at 12mm and ends at 1500mm.Almost
all intermediate sizes can be supplied. The Standard length is
400mm. If required other sizes can be manufactured (maximum 6.00
metre). Up to 50 mm all drills are fitted with a crown.
Above this
segments, size 24 mm in length and 9 mm high are Standard. The
thickness of the segment can vary between 2 to 8 mm depending on
the thickness of the drilling tube and the available power of
the drilling motor. The most commonly employed segment
thicknesses for thick-walled drills vary from 3 to 5 mm and for
thin-walled drills this is 2.5 mm. Thin-walled drills are
intended for use with ‘light’ drilling motors.
b) Dry-
sawing, drilling and grindings discs
Large range
of diamond tools for universal and specialist use.
Dry-sawing:
ın order to meet the increasingly high demands in the areas of
sawing speed, lifetime and safety, a new range of diamond tools
has been developed that will eclipse puts all other production
methods.
These
products are faster, safer and have a longer lifetime.
The unique
design of the blade and the use of lighweight steel reduces
friction and thereby gives a 20-30% beter cutting result.
Applications
are : Natural and artificial stone. Fire prof materials.Thin
sheet steel. Glass. Concrete(also reinforced).Tiles.PVC.
There are 2
types of tools.
1)
type SC – for both
dry and wet use
2)
type SD – for dry
use
Instructions
for use:
Check
rotation direction (given on the blade).
Check axle
hole fits.
Cut for 20
seconds and then run free for 10 seconds in order to let the
blade cool off. |
